Prima Shipping and Meriaura Group acquire Tolkkinen Harbour |
Based on a letter of intent concluded with Stora Enso, the Finnish shipping and logistics companies Prima Shipping Group of Porvoo and Meriaura Group of Turku will acquire the port at the decommissioned sawmill of Tolkkinen, including its warehouse and office buildings. The area includes some 180 metres of quayside and 19,000 m2 of storage space. Tolkkinen Harbour is in the southern coastal city of Porvoo.
